Well, at least he USED to sleep all morning. Until today. Of course. He is crying and fussing unless he is held. And let me tell you, my fantasy list involved doing things that I cannot do while holding a baby...mopping the floor (Seriously. I'm fantasizing about getting this done), editing photos, taking a shower. I can't do any of them. I can do many (many!) things while holding a baby, but those are not the things I wanted to get done today. Bah! So, here are my favorite photos from Tracy's photo session. I guess I will just go park myself on the couch and watch TV since I can't seem to get anything else done!

Oh, I love the bottom one!
Those babies messing up our plans. Christopher was up for an hour during the night, which got me to the point that I could not get back to sleep. So, my night's sleep basically ended at 2 am. Though I realize that I shouldn't complain about sleep deprivation to the mother of a newborn. You get to snuggle a teeny tiny one, though. I'm a bit envious of that. Wishing I was there to hold him for you a bit.
Urgh! Sounds tough. Can you get yourself a wrap that allows you to wrap him snug as a bg on your back? There are several kinds out there that would work for a newborn.
I love the bottom picture. I think it's the best one.
That's what it's all about - not getting anything done! You're not SUPPOSED to get anything done until Andrew goes to kindergarten and THEN you can catch up on your sleep if you are smart enough not to volunteer to be chairperson of the school carnival.
So relax, nurse, watch TV, doze!
wonderful Wonderful WONDERFUL photos!!!!
OH THOSE PICTURES!!! They are SO GOOD!
The bottom one is my FAV.!
Those are AWESOME photos! I love them all.
I do not love those times when you are so excited to have Free Time! And then you can't get One Thing Done! So so frustrating. I hope he rested for you a little this morning.
Oh, that boy is just about as handsome as I've ever seen. What awesome pictures.
The only thing that got me through the sticking-floor no time to shower days is just reminding myself that this will not last forever. Things will begin to get easier before you know it. Hang in there, I think you're doing a great job!
I love the last one...look at those lips!
